Support requests received outside business hours will be addressed on the next working day.

  • Urgent Tax/Compliance Issues: Within 4–8 business hours

  • Complex Advisory Matters: 1–3 working days

Response time may vary depending on workload and nature of the issue.

5. Scope of Support

Support does not include new service requests outside the agreed scope unless separately approved.
