1. Introduction

Welcome to FinTax Solution. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

2. Services

FinTax Solution provides services including but not limited to Accounting & Bookkeeping, Taxation Services, Auditing & Assurance, Payroll Management, Financial Advisory, Corporate Law Services, and Management Consultancy. The scope of services will be defined in a separate engagement letter or agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for service delivery. FinTax Solution shall not be responsible for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

4. Fees & Payment

Service fees will be communicated in advance and agreed upon before commencement of work. Payments must be made within the agreed timeline. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.

5. Confidentiality

FinTax Solution maintains strict confidentiality of client information and will not disclose any sensitive data to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

6. Compliance & Legal Obligations

Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. FinTax Solution provides advisory support but does not assume liability for final decisions taken by the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

FinTax Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service provided.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Outstanding payments must be cleared upon termination.

9. Amendments

FinTax Solution reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
